In March, 3 immensely talented professionals took on fun challenges together to create collaboration magic. And it was indeed an evening full of deliciousness! The scallop crudo came with the most amazing sunchoke consommé and a touch of coffee oil, absolutely sensational. Then there was the oyster covered in green velvet. I was sure amused by this brilliant spin off from Logy’s poached oyster dish and its juice pairing on their winter menu.
