Counting my blessings along the way. Last week I wanted to ring in my birthday with stewed pork rice and braised pork knuckles at midnight, and these 2 angels made it happen!! Only that I was 20 minutes late and they arrived 20 minutes early🥹🥹 See how even meat and skin were picked off from the bones for me with just 2 spoons!!!!!!!!
