White asparagus gazpacho with tagetes and lobster. So clean and light with uplifting citrusy notes. I loved how delicate and refined flavors were spotlighted here. Also loved that there was a soft and fluffy seaweed Parker house roll to nibble on between appetizers then a slice of tangy and chewy sourdough to accompany the main course. They offered a fresh napkin before desserts too. Very proper indeed!
