Recommended bowl: 'Yabai yatsu'

Rich niboshi soup is made with dried fish, kombu, shiitake and no MSG. Noodles were previously ordered, but since 2017, they are now made in-house. Free self-service menma on the side. A selection of niboshi-based bowls are on the menu, including tsukemen. The recommended Yabai Yatsu is served with chunky pork back fat. เรื่องรสชาติยังคงจัดจ้านถึงเครื่องและมีคาแรกเตอร์ชัดเหมือนเดิมตามสไตล์ของเชฟ @ellar.hanief เมนูที่มื้อนี้ติดใจมากคือ ปีกกระเบนย่าง เทคเจอร์จะเป็นแบบกระดูกอ่อนที่เคี้ยวได้หมด เพลินมากแบบหยุดไม่ได้เลย อีกจานคือ พาสต้าไส้กรอกยูนนาน อันนี้ดีมากจริงๆ ทั้งซอสและเส้นคือเข้ากันไปหมด ขนาดปกติไม่ใช้สายแป้งยังติดใจ

อีกจานที่เซอร์ไพรส์สุดคือ ไก่เบตง ปกติร้านที่เน้นซีฟู้ดจะไม่ได้คาดหวังกับเมนูไก่เท่าไหร่ แต่จานนี้ทำออกมาดีเกินคาดมาก เป็นอีกเมนูที่ไม่ควรมองข้ามเลย

ส่วนบรรยากาศร้านก็จะชิลๆ สนุกสนาน มีบูธดีเจ เพิ่มความคึกคักให้ทั้งร้าน เหมาะมากสำหรับมานั่งกินข้าว ดื่ม และแฮงเอาท์กับเพื่อนหลังเลิกงาน เป็นอีกร้านเก๋ๆ มีสไตล์ ที่ยังคงทำอาหารออกมาได้ดีแบบเสมอต้นเสมอปลายตั้งแต่สาขาแรกยันสาขานี้เลย

Lunch at @zulaburgerlondon

Freshly baked buns and delicious Freshly cooked burgers, what else could you want! I checked out Zula burger this week and absolutely loved it. I went for their fake mac beef burger, caramelised onions, mac sauce, cheddar and lettuce. If was a banger and the bun was incredible. With a side of paprika french fries, the perfect lunch in the heart of London

Muy logradas las piezas de pastelería y repostería sin azúcar de Zusto Café en Puerto Banús (Marbella). Elaboradas a base de un edulcorante (el Zusto) desarrollado en la Universidad de Bruselas y patentado, con la complicidad del pastelero Eric Vermeulen que aporta las recetas y perfecciona los resultados. Full Irish breakfast at St. Mary’s Restaurant in Metairie and the aforementioned almost full Irish breakfast sandwich at @finnmccoolsnola.

Both new additions to the pregaming possibilities this year.

That full plate has been the bestseller since St. Mary’s (4445 W. Metairie Ave) opened late last year, and it is served all day. A very good start to whatever a day here in our city’s Patrick’s season might bring your way (note they’re closed this Sunday though for the Metairie parade…).

That sandwich (“breakfast bap”) is served weekend mornings at Finn’s, until they run out, though deeply placed sources at the pub tell me it might be more widely available next week.

🐝✨ The bees are back! Viva Abejas returns to Toro Toro at the Four Seasons Houston now through April 22 ✨

This Bloom to Table concept celebrates the bees that make our food possible. The Viva Tiradito was fresh and citrusy, lightly touched with honey, and a really bright way to start the meal. The beef tenderloin was a standout, and so surprisingly good with honey. I never would have thought honey and beef would work this well, but it added such a nice depth of flavor. The passion fruit cream cake at the end was light and tropical, with just the right amount of sweet without feeling heavy.

The menu is designed with cocktail pairings, but I opted for mocktails and they still complemented each course beautifully with citrusy and floral notes.

A creative, honey-inspired menu that feels elevated but still approachable. Definitely worth trying while it’s here!

I’ve been to a lot of great restaurants recently, but @icavallinibk truly stands out.

The restaurant comes from the team behind The Four Horsemen, the Michelin-starred Williamsburg spot that has built one of the most respected reputations in the city. Situated directly across the street on Grand Street, it carries that same spirit into a different direction. Executive chef Nick Curtola has built a menu rooted in his years of cooking and traveling through Italy. The result is seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking that feels Italian at its core without being bound by any one region, with sourcing that spans both local markets and Italy itself.

The entire evening felt effortless in the best way. The pacing was spot on, the staff attentive without ever being too much, and every detail felt thoughtful. That kind of experience is rare, and they pull it off with ease.

If you haven’t been yet, this is a restaurant that belongs on your list. It’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in months, and I’ll absolutely be returning.
