Recommended bowl: 'Yabai yatsu'
Rich niboshi soup is made with dried fish, kombu, shiitake and no MSG. Noodles were previously ordered, but since 2017, they are now made in-house. Free self-service menma on the side. A selection of niboshi-based bowls are on the menu, including tsukemen. The recommended Yabai Yatsu is served with chunky pork back fat. The master previously served this bowl as a staff meal before adding it to the menu. Moved and reopened in the old location of the shop Chūka Soba Tamura (which moved) in December 2019.
