December 27, 2025 A day trip to Brittany to visit France’s newest ⭐️⭐️⭐️ star restaurant Le Coquillage. TGV connections made it possible to have lunch there and still be back to Paris in time for dinner. Hugo Roellinger continues the pedigree established by his Father Olivier who previously also held ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ and who we had also dined with nearly 2 decades ago. January 2, 2026 our first visit to the new Dav Cantalupa on the grounds of Da Vittorio. Their newest concept, already launched in Milano, is a more casual counterpoint to their ⭐️⭐️⭐️ restaurant but still conveys the intense quality of cuisine and attention to detail which is the hallmark of the Cerea family.
