December 27, 2025 A day trip to Brittany to visit France’s newest ⭐️⭐️⭐️ star restaurant Le Coquillage. TGV connections made it possible to have lunch there and still be back to Paris in time for dinner. Hugo Roellinger continues the pedigree established by his Father Olivier who previously also held ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ and who we had also dined with nearly 2 decades ago.
