In the tiny German city of Dreis, at 3-Michelin-starred @waldhotel_sonnora , Chef @clemensrambichler commands a kitchen rooted in classical French tradition. From Gillardeau oysters crowned with caviar to pristine crab, every ingredient celebrates exceptional sourcing and meticulous execution.

But the soul of Sonnora is in the legendary Sonnora Cake: a rösti with tartar, crème fraîche, and caviar that has defined the house since 1981. It’s a masterpiece that tells a story: founded by Chef Helmuth Thieltges (who earned his third star 22 years after opening), passed to young prodigy Clemens in 2011, and carried forward ever since.

Chef tastes each vegetable before it leaves the kitchen. Langoustine Royale with foie gras and Tahitian vanilla sauce. Turbot with razor clams and chorizo vinaigrette, dishes that make you question if you’re conscious or in heaven - and all at the top 3 star level including desserts galore.

For 26 years, Sonnora has held three stars while remaining beautifully under the radar. No flashiness, no social media noise, just obsessive craftsmanship and a temple of pure pleasure where I can wait to return - and if you haven’t been, you should go.

🇩🇪 This post isn’t really a review… just a little throwback to one of my most favorite restaurants in Thailand.

I still remember my first visit, back when the restaurant had just one star. I was already so impressed from that very first meal. Since then, it has become the fine dining place I return to the most and the one I always recommend whenever someone asks where they should go.

Watching the restaurant grow over the years has been really special. And when it was finally awarded three stars, I remember feeling genuinely happy.

Thailand already has its number one Thai restaurant that truly deserves all the recognition it gets. But in the world of European fine dining, this is the place I’ve always believed deserved those three stars just as much.

It’s just one of those places I keep going back to and somehow, every visit still feels just as special 💖

Briskets is housed in a cool tiny building in Oviedo, FL. The old brick pit is no longer in use, but they are cooking on real wood on metal pits in the back.

Chopped brisket is quite tasty when dunked in the sweet brown sauce, and the quarter chicken has a nice dose of smoke on the skin. For sides, sweet cornbread casserole and a three-bean mix in sweet, tangy sauce with bits of yellow and red pepper.

Absolute feast @sohailarestaurant

Welcome to my favourite Lebanese restaurant in London. The owner is one of the nicest guys your ever meet, the staff are super friendly and the food is incredible. This is one of the best sharing menus in London. Just check out the reel, every dish was delicious, so much flavour. My favourite dishes of the day was the cured trout, ox cheek fatteh and all the incredible dips with freshly make bread. The grilled octopus was insanely good, and the best falafels I've ever had to. This restaurant is 100% worth checking out

La cocina sana o “minceur” de Monsieur Guerard se sustancia en L’Orangerie, el precioso restaurante anexo al tres estrellas, donde en cada servicio se sirve un menú distinto de tres platos por sesenta y cinco euros. Mucha verdura, platos frescos y muy sabrosos y ninguna sensación de cocina “de régimen”. Si esto adelgaza me podría apuntar perfectamente. El único aspecto negativo es que facilitan el acceso a la carta de vinos principal y linda con el salón de los Armagncs y, claro, uno no es de piedra. Now, we’re fortunate to have several options nearby in AlphaRozCreek. This evolution reminds me of when John Kessler dubbed us “Bloomin’ Onion Acres,” a label we’ve certainly outgrown.

I ate at 5 of Miami’s most talked-about pizza spots in one night… and the results were not what I expected.

Some fully lived up to the hype.
Some were just… fine.
