Recommended bowl: 12-hour soup

This local shop is quite popular among the regular customers and devout followers. The bowls here are traditional Miyazaki style ramen, made with a rich tonkotsu soup, shoyu tare and burnt lard. The soup itself contains pig heads and water simmered for 12 hours. The noodles are supplied by local purveyor Yataibone Seimenjo. The pork chashu is marinated in shoyu tare for a whole day. Toppings include your standard bean sprouts and green negi. Free condiments like spicy takana pickles and sesame seeds available as well. 🐟 Flounder Francese at @carbonaratrattoria was almost NJ-quality flounder! 😋👌 Mrs. Grubber? Not so much about variety. 🤦‍♀️ She thought one piece of her chicken parm was oversalted, but the rest was fine. 🍗🧀

It wasn’t anything special but a good choice in you are in Richardson and want some halal pepperoni pizza. The pizza bread could use some garlic butter tho..
Falafel was a lil oily but good in flavor. The hummus was my fav and is something I would go back for
