Super unique Pipa Roast Goose at Kamcentre Roast Goose (inside a bowling alley of all places), and it was epic! Super tasty marinade and crispier texture than most Peking or Roast duck/goose I’ve had! This is because it is spread open before being roasted, increasing the bird’s surface area, resulting in an extra crunchy exterior while preserving the inner juiciness. This is a must and quite rare to find! Thanks for the awesome find @palatism!
