Super unique Pipa Roast Goose at Kamcentre Roast Goose (inside a bowling alley of all places), and it was epic! Super tasty marinade and crispier texture than most Peking or Roast duck/goose I’ve had! This is because it is spread open before being roasted, increasing the bird’s surface area, resulting in an extra crunchy exterior while preserving the inner juiciness.
