John Williams' dining room in The Ritz London is astonishing. Almost always full although it is huge. Despite the size the kitchen manages to churn out classic French dishes with a surprising quality. My lunch companion was Andy Hayler, so I am sure the Chefs were trying especially hard.

At one star I feel this places is slightly underrated.

Amazing experience with deep focus on local produce where you will find these delicate and strong flavors - a well deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️ plus combined with glass friendly wines very close to the top mark
