Today, we’re at @landhausscherrer in Hamburg, a restaurant that has held one @michelinguide star since 1980.

Schnitzel and Michelin don’t usually go hand in hand, but when I saw it on the menu, I had to try.

Recommended bowl: Handmade & hand-pounded

A shop high on many ramen freaks' radar, the bowls here have been well received since the shop debuted in 2018. The recommended shoyu (or shio) ramen comes with a clear chicken and gyokai based soup containing sababushi, katsuobushi and niboshi. As the shop name suggests, the noodles are house-made temomi style, pounded by hand to order and made using wheat from Hokkaido and Saitama. Extra toppings include three types of chashu, ajitama and wontons. Customers can also opt for niboshi ramen, tsukemen and mazesoba. The kaleh pacheh (lamb head and feet) at Iranian restaurant @ashpazbashi_london is a revelation. The best of its kind in London. The meat is 👌🏽👌🏽👍🏽👍🏽👌🏽👌🏽👍🏽👍🏽.
