I visited nôtori, a place recommended by acquaintances for some time. The auberge opened by two brothers who have made their mark globally is a healing space surrounded by greenery. The room's lighting, curtains, and sofa are all unique pieces crafted by local artisans, making it truly one-of-a-kind. The restaurant features only a counter, and the view of the trees through the picture window is absolutely lovely. While fully enjoying the charm of visiting a rural area, I was able to experience the passion the two brothers have for their restaurant and the essence of nôtori as the course began.The wine and dishes are all locally sourced, offering a very gentle and refined flavor. I felt a sense of inspiration that I hadn't experienced in a while.
