This restaurant is run by a young chef from the Michelin three-star restaurant Quattro Passi in Italy. Here, you can enjoy delicious pasta and risotto, along with a sense of seasonal Japanese flavors. Although it’s a small place with only counter seating, it’s delightful to watch the dishes being prepared. The classic prosciutto and melon dish features juicy fruit paired perfectly with the savory ham. Reservations can be quite difficult to secure, but I definitely want to visit again at a different time. It was a great meal.
