@voltadomar - the global Portuguese inspired spot - reopened near South Kensington and we couldn’t be happier to return to some of our fave dishes, as well as a few new additions including:

London 🇬🇧 Pulling on our heart strings 💘 is this Japanese milk bread with shallot, miso and sesame butter 🧈🍞 From this charming Dalston-based whiskey bar and restaurant!

The menu, includes a curated selection of Mediterranean-Japanese fusion bites, accompanied by innovative whiskey and sake based cocktails 🍸.

Some favourites included:
- The milk bread with butter 🧈
- Cod brandade with crispy poached egg and herb salad 🍳
- Soy glazed chicken, caramelised celeriac puree, winter greens and black garlic 🍗
- Pumpkin risotto with a creamy Gorgonzola custard and pickled pumpkin 🎃

The restaurant, based near Angel Station, offers an innovative take on classic sushi and sashimi 🍱🍣 dishes whilst also boasting a great selection of wagyu!

Some of our favourites included:
- Scallop carpaccio, ponzu & plum sauce
- Seared Butterfish Sashimi, truffle spicy ponzu
- Prawn tempura & Wagyu tartar sushi roll
- Seared Salmon Sashimi, spicy truffle yuzu miso
- Grilled aubergine, truffle saikyo miso, sesame
