Zermatt🇨🇭 Nothing like summer in the alps!

Back in our favourite alpine town - known for its breathtaking views, endless outdoor adventures and seriously good food🍴

Nestled in the heart of the village, @montcervinpalace is one of Zermatt’s most iconic hotels. We stopped by Grill Le Cervin, where seasonal Swiss produce meets beautifully cooked charcoal-grilled dishes in one of the cosiest settings around.

Highlights included:
• Oxheart tomatoes with stracciatella, basil & olive oil pearls
• Summer leaf salad with alpine herb cheese, apricots & sourdough croutons
• Roasted bone marrow with an alpine herb crust
• Charcoal-grilled Chateaubriand & ribeye with green peppercorn cream, Café de Paris butter & Béarnaise

Finished with delicious cocktails and desserts we’re still thinking about - especially the raspberry tart with tarragon cream and the rich 72% chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream.

London 🇬🇧 Back in our favourite city and straight back to trying the latest openings.

@akilondon is making its mark just off Cavendish Square, with elegant interiors, soaring ceilings and beautifully refined Japanese cooking.

Drawing on miniature ecosystems inspired by Japan, local foraging and in-house pickling, the team has created a menu that brings Japanese craftsmanship to the heart of London.

We opted for their full set menu, with highlights including:
• Rock shrimp tempura
• Yakitori chicken skewers
• Nigiri & sashimi with 30-year-aged soy sauce
• Crispy skin salmon

But the standout? The Japanese millefeuille, layered with sobacha millefeuille, whipped vanilla ganache and aged soy caramel. Such an unexpected combination, and one we’ll be thinking about for a while.

Whether it’s the excellent £34 business lunch, the full à la carte menu or the Japanese-inspired cocktails, this one’s well worth adding to your London list.

London 🇬🇧 A sky light-filled spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner - where contemporary elegance meets comforting classics.

As the city slowly defrosts and business lunches become a little more indulgent, The Atrium at @mo_mayfair sits high on our list.

Perfectly located in Mayfair by Bond Street’s Elizabeth Line exit, this all-day dining space works just as well for early meetings as it does for elevated lunches or relaxed dinners.

From artisanal beef sujuk pizzetta and succulent lobster rolls to gochujang salmon, blue lobster pasta, and chicken with sumac, mint and mushrooms - there’s something for everyone.

Not to mention it’s always such a pleasure sharing these moments with special foodie friends like @byevapiskaldo ✨

London 🇬🇧 Pistachio cronuts and truffle brioche with scrambled egg? That’s a yes from us.

Finally a spot we can casually tuck into brunch, pastries or top tier coffee by Hyde Park Corner and Belgravia.

From ther signature V60 coffees and matcha lattes, to their all day breakfasts inspired by middle eastern flavours, as well as fresh salads and mains.

Of course, the truffle x egg x brioche combo is the perfect blend of smooth, warm, umami and so much more. And for sweet? The pistachio cronut and the chocolate chip cookie for that perfect sugar hit.

London 🇬🇧 if you’re looking for a cosy Sunday in South London, we’ve got the spot for you.

@marcelladeptford ‘s perfect Sunday menu (at only £29) showcases the best seasonal ingredients through delicious comfort dishes. Located in Deptford and run by the team behind Artusi- the restaurant is a bright and vibrant celebration of great Italian food with no fuss.

We opted for tbe 3 course Sunday menu - with starter, main and desert - which included:
- Mackerel, horseradish gremolata and fennel
- Iberiko tomatoes, herb crème fraiche and almonds
- Casarecce alla bolognese 🍝

Each dish was so flavourful. So fresh. And perfect for the colder winter days!

Post lunch, you have to drop by @the_dog_and_bell pub, followed by jumping on a uber boat for a gorgeous sunset cruise along the Thames 🌊

London 🇬🇧 there’s a new bar in town, tucked inside the iconic Spanish spot @arrosqd , perfect for a cosy yet elegant evening.

Bar Fuego leans into smoky Latin flavours, from a rich bourbon cocktail smoked with apple-wood chips to a red vermouth blend sweetened with smoked paprika syrup. Pair it all with a vibey DJ booth, moody interiors, and a laid-back bar for the ideal pre- or post-dinner hangout.

We even got to meet Executive Chef Eduardo Idrobo earlier this month for a paella workshop, where we learned the essentials of open-fire cooking: from choosing the right rice and controlling the heat to perfecting the broth (flown in from Spain for that authentic depth of flavour).

We then got to taste some of their menu’s impressive dishes including the Presa Ibérica 100% Bellota (pork shoulder loin by Pais de Quercus from Extremadura) with leek ashes, Jerusalem artichoke purée and crisps, and the Txangurro paella (Brown and white crab meat, kimchi foam, seafood stock).

Even the kale salad was divine. Finishing off with a mind blowing Gorgonzola Basque cheese cake 🤯

ArrosQd remains a Fitzrovia staple and a perfect hideaway just behind the Oxford Street bustle, the ideal rest stop during the hectic festive-season shopping.

Aynho 🇬🇧 The perfect autumn day out 🍂

Set in a historic manor redesigned by Sir John Soane, this spot features beautifully curated RH interiors, an elegant wine bar, an outdoor pizza spot, and a stunning Orangerie. All ideal for a Sunday roast.

We wandered the #AynhoPark gardens and admired the interiors before tucking into a warming roast made with the best local produce. A must-try: the lamb rump with rosemary potatoes, glazed carrots, broccolini, and gravy. Next time, we’re coming back for the Hereford prime rib and rotisserie chicken!

We also loved the Chinese chicken salad and roadside lobster roll, paired perfectly with a glass of @gusbourne sparkling rosé.

London 🇬🇧 Grilled yakitoris, cosy interiors, innovative cocktails and a vinyl DJ to top it off - a perfect combination to get you through the colder days. Insert @junsei_uk.

Chef @chefamanlakhiani brings a Tokyo feel to Marylebone, through his extensive menu of delicious Japanese style skewered meats from @namayasaifarm and our fave @hgwalter. We love the Ongaku bar concept - as they collaborate with various djs to bring to life the Japanese music cafe ambiance.

Some of our favourites included:
- Nanban friend chicken with tartar mayo
- Soriresu yakitori - combining chicken and egg
- Negima yakitori - chicken thigh with skin
- Netsu cocktail - Ojo de dios mezcal, shisho kimchi, lychee, salt
- Special grilled langoustine
- Short rib donabe 🍚

A perfect date night or friend catch up spot when you’re looking for somewhere with a bit of a groove!

Menton 🇫🇷 Postcard from the beautiful Côte D’azur 🌊

Blessed to have experienced the former world n1 along the coast of southern France this weekend.

@restaurantmirazur, led by the innovator and genius @maurocolagreco, is an ode to nature and the elements (we were lucky to explore the restaurant’s famous garden pre dinner!).

We were blown away by the stunning location, the lush surroundings and the magic combination of ingredients.

The September menu highlighted the incredible ways that leaves can take center stage in a dish - which was an amazing opportunity for us to try leaves and plants we’d never tasted before.

Somssi is a word that translates to "craftsmanship" in Korean, and boy was that on display here at Chef Jihun Kim’s beautiful Korean inspired chef’s table experience at @mo_mayfair . A fusion tasting menu with 7+ delicious courses and delicious wines to pair, this is London fine dining at its best! Below are some of the dishes served on the night - can’t recommend it highly enough!
- Orkney scallop with chalk stream trout, squid ink, green ganjang, red & yellow bell pepper sauce
- Lamb rack with choonjang aubergine and Ssamsang lamb jus
- Life changingly good A5 wagyu sirloin with black garlic balsamic purée and jangachi sauce
- Wild seabass with chicken skin tart, fish sauce and tapioca pearls
- Chilled soybean noodles with pine nut ice cream and winter truffle pine nut oil
- A delicious dessert that I can’t name as I clearly enjoyed the wine pairing too much!
