Found a true hidden gem in @thebountifulcow - the female led steakhouse in Holborn celebrating its 20th anniversary. For this occasion they’ve teamed up with legendary "Meatologist" @meatologist_ioannis_grammenos for a delicious menu of locally sourced produce, as a part of their Meat Masters series all of August.
