London 🇬🇧 Finally got to check out Notting Hill’s iconic neighborhood restaurant - @casacruzlondon - as it welcomes its new head chef, Jacob Rowley.
With it’s elegant copper-clad interiors and sprawling rooftop terrace, this place got us so excited for long spring and summer days with a cocktail in hand and a Mediterranean/ European bites in the other.
We were loved how Jacob and the team bring very unexpected flavours together - to make familiar dishes stand out.
For example, a favourite included the crispy chicken thigh 🍗, smoked eel sauce, potato hash brown, parmesan.
Others we loved included the josper grilled gambero rosso 🦐 and the middle eastern inspired lamb chops - succulent!
Finished off with this amazing chocolate rose gateau with pistachio and amaretto sauce 🍰
