London 🇬🇧 Back at the @mo_hydepark for @dinnerbyhb’s ‘Luncheon’ menu - spotlighting food waste through a creative menu with aged old recipes dates all the way back to the 17th century!

The team craftfully used less-used
ingredients to develop a special weekday and Sunday ‘Luncheon’ set menu at the iconic restaurant.

Everything we tried was amazing, including:
- Smoked Salmon Belly with Dill, yoghurt & sourdough
- Salt Cod with Parsnip, pickled lemon & horseradish
- Artichoke with Mushroom, spelt & cauliflower
- ‘Poore Knights’ with Brioche, blood orange & Earl Grey ice cream
