The young Chef worked in Ca Sento in Valencia. Unfortunately it does not exists anymore, but the disciple went on to get not only 3 stars in the Guide MIchelin but also the Tabelog Gold award.

As usual tasty and friendly. One of the few places where you can really feel at home.
