Stayed at the hotel for two nights, so we have booked our dinner there. Before seated at our table we had our champagne in the salon by the fire place. Classic French seafood cooking, with the best and most delicious fresh oysters you can ask for. We have both opted for ¨By the whims of the wind and moon¨tasting menu. Everything was well presented and well prepared. The most memorable dish for us was the lobster with cocoa, chilli pepper and sherry wine. Nice dessert and cheese selection to end our evening. Less

The young Chef worked in Ca Sento in Valencia. Unfortunately it does not exists anymore, but the disciple went on to get not only 3 stars in the Guide MIchelin but also the Tabelog Gold award.
