This is a famous Horumon restaurant known as "Yuji" in the west and "Stamina-en" in the east.I finally visited this renowned place that I had wanted to go to for a long time.I arrived just before 4 PM, and I was seated right on time.The staff member who assisted me initially looked a bit intimidating, but I later found out he was very kind. (laughs)For the food menu, you generally order everything at once.They mentioned that additional orders take longer to prepare.I mostly went with the restaurant's Omakase, as it seems to be easier for them as well.As for the meat,Everything was incredibly delicious. ร้านนี้ได้รับ 1 Michelin Star ตั้งแต่ปี 2022 นำทีมโดยเชฟ @alextsiotinis เชฟชาวกรีกที่เคยสั่งสมประสบการณ์จากร้านระดับโลกในฝรั่งเศส ก่อนกลับมาถ่ายทอดอาหารกรีกในแบบของตัวเองผ่านร้านแห่งนี้

คอนเซ็ปต์ของ CTC คือ Modern Greek Cuisine ที่เสิร์ฟในรูปแบบ Blind Tasting Menu ไม่มีรายการอาหารให้เปิดดูก่อน ทุกคอร์สจะค่อยๆถูกเสิร์ฟออกมาทีละจาน เหมือนปล่อยให้เชฟพาเราเดินทางผ่านอาหารกรีกในมุมที่เขาอยากเล่า

สิ่งที่ชอบมากคือ ถึงแม้หน้าตาอาหารจะดูโมเดิร์นจนแทบจำต้นฉบับไม่ได้ แต่พอกินเข้าไปกลับรู้สึกว่า “นี่แหละ…อาหารกรีก” และนี่ก็เป็นครั้งแรกที่ได้ลอง Gyros กับ Fava ในเวอร์ชัน Fine Dining หน้าตาไม่เหมือนที่เคยเห็นเลย แต่รสชาติยังคงกลิ่นอายแบบดั้งเดิมไว้อย่างครบถ้วน เหมือนเชฟไม่ได้พยายามเปลี่ยนอาหารกรีก แต่เลือกเล่าเรื่องเดิมในภาษาที่ร่วมสมัยขึ้น

ถ้าให้เลือกจานโปรดของมื้อนี้ ขอยกให้ Soup of Sweet Corn & Lobster Bisque with Grilled Lobster ซึ่งเป็นซิกเนเจอร์ของร้านมาตั้งแต่วันแรกจนถึงวันนี้

โฟมข้าวโพดเย็นๆด้านบน ค่อยๆผสมกับล็อบสเตอร์บิสก์ร้อนๆด้านล่าง ทุกคำได้ทั้งความหวาน ความหอม ความเข้มข้น และอุณหภูมิที่สมดุลอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ เป็นจานที่เพอร์เฟกจนเข้าใจเลยว่าทำไมร้านถึงไม่เคยเอาออกจากเมนู

อีกจานที่เซอร์ไพรส์ตัวเองมากคือ Calamari Pesto เพราะปกติไม่ชอบกินปลาหมึกเลย แต่จานนี้เชฟนำปลาหมึกมาทำเป็นเส้นคล้าย Tagliolini เสิร์ฟคู่กับเพสโต้ในรูปแบบ deconstructed เติมเท็กซ์เจอร์ด้วย garlic chips, pine nuts และ Parmesan ทุกอย่างลงตัวจนลืมไปเลยว่ากำลังกินปลาหมึกอยู่

จริงๆยังมีอีกหลายจานที่ชอบ แต่ขอไม่เล่าทั้งหมดดีกว่า เพราะเสน่ห์ของร้านนี้คือการไม่รู้ว่าจะได้เจออะไรในคอร์สถัดไป กินจบก็เข้าใจทันทีว่าทำไมมีแต่คนแนะนำให้มาที่ CTC ถ้าใครมีแพลนมาเที่ยว Athens ร้านนี้ไม่ควรพลาดเลย 😍

The restaurant is located in a quiet alley in Nishiazabu, giving it the feel of a hidden gem for adults. This time, I was guided to a luxurious private room that offered a lot of intimacy.The system is set up as a free-flow drink style, allowing you to enjoy your favorite beverages at your own pace while waiting for the desserts.When the desserts arrived, they truly showcased the skill of a top-notch French restaurant. Each one was delicate and beautifully presented, delivering a wonderful taste that left me impressed with every bite. Moreover, not only were the flavors exceptional, but the service from the chef and the staff was also very attentive and pleasant, leaving a strong impression of warm hospitality.Although this visit felt like a light trial, the quality of the dishes and the overall comfort of the restaurant were outstanding.
