This is a famous Horumon restaurant known as "Yuji" in the west and "Stamina-en" in the east.I finally visited this renowned place that I had wanted to go to for a long time.I arrived just before 4 PM, and I was seated right on time.The staff member who assisted me initially looked a bit intimidating, but I later found out he was very kind. (laughs)For the food menu, you generally order everything at once.They mentioned that additional orders take longer to prepare.I mostly went with the restaurant's Omakase, as it seems to be easier for them as well.As for the meat,Everything was incredibly delicious. My vocabulary fails me, so I’ll just leave it at that.I would definitely love to come back, even if it means taking a weekday off to make a reservation. Less
