I finally had the pleasure of visiting Giueme, which I had been looking forward to! The interior was beautifully decorated with flowers on each table, creating a lovely atmosphere. I requested a full wine pairing for dinner, and both the dishes and the wines were delicious. The explanations for each course were very thorough, making for a delightful and happy experience. This time, I enjoyed a generous serving of wild vegetables, truly savoring the flavors of spring! I want to taste seasonal ingredients, so I definitely plan to return as a treat for myself! Less
