At 𝗚𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗶 𝗢𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗱𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗼 𝗕𝗼𝘁𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗧𝗼𝗸𝘆𝗼, the newly introduced menu “𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘆” explores the idea of travel and personal recollection through food - a concept envisioned by Chef @massimobottura and interpreted in Tokyo by head chef @raffaella_devita🍀
