อาหารเป็นแนว Kappo Kaiseki ที่เน้นความประณีตและรสชาติแบบญี่ปุ่นแท้ส่วนตัวชอบวัตถุดิบในคอร์สนี้มาก ถูกใจคนชอบทานปลาสุดๆ ทุกจานรสชาติเบาๆทานง่าย นอกจากเมนูปลาต่างๆแล้ว จานที่อยากให้ลองคือไข่ตุ๋นล็อบสเตอร์ ที่ดีงามเกินคาด 🦞

And the Phomo - a tribute to MoPho, essentially grillades and grits rendered with star anise-braised short rib, rice grits and bean sprout salad under an egg.
