Taheizushi was founded in 1972 by Master Shinjiro Takaya. Unfortunately he passed away earlier this year, so I missed eating his unique style of Sushi.

Another really good dinner at the HK branch of RyuGin. The abalone and pigeon are always highlights here and tasted fantastic on this night.

A second dinner here in a month, with the start of white truffle season. Amazing combination of beef + bone marrow + caviar.
