麺屋 さくら井

Mitaka, a residential district in Tokyo, is home to a ramen shop called Sakurai, which opened in 2016. The shop offers a variety of dishes including shoyu, shio, and niboshi, with a main blend of soy sauce from Wakayama and Totori Prefecture and four others. The soup is made with chicken, pork, and Hokkaido konbu, and has no chemical seasoning.

Open since November 2016, Sakurai in Mitaka serves up high-quality bowls of shoyu, shio and niboshi ramen. The master, who's still in his late twenties, says he's trying to make refined comfort ramen that you can eat every day.
