寿製麺 よしかわ 西台駅前店 (Yoshikawa in Nishidai, Tokyo)

Yoshikawa, a renowned ramen shop in Kawagoe, has opened a third branch closer to Tokyo. The menu offers a variety of fishy bowls, including white or black shoyu ramen, Aomori niboshi ramen, and Madai Paitan. The shop also offers tsukemen and fish-topped rice bowls. Yoshikawa, the famous ramen shop from Kawagoe, opened their third branch a little bit closer to Tokyo. It’s still the same great niboshi-centric bowl, but like all good shops that go on to open in more locations, their recipe is slightly changed.

Recommended bowl: Niboshi pros

This shop is well known throughout Saitama as a strong destination for bowls of shoyu niboshi ramen. Customers have the choice of shiro (white) or kuro (black) shoyu tare, and both bowls are worth trying. Noodles are made at a central kitchen.
