Recommended bowl: Niboshi pros

This shop is well known throughout Saitama as a strong destination for bowls of shoyu niboshi ramen. Customers have the choice of shiro (white) or kuro (black) shoyu tare, and both bowls are worth trying. Noodles are made at a central kitchen. Topped with chicken and pork chashu, menma, mitsuba leaves, negi and tamago. Other ramen dishes like buri tsukemen also recommended. The head Yoshikawa flagship is located in Kita-Ageo, Saitama, with five shops total in the group. Nishidai branch open since 2018.
