お店に入り、席に着くと手書き河豚三昧のコースメニューが渡され、定番の「白子酒」や「河豚のひれ酒」からスタートとなっている。お料理では、ふぐ白子焼き、ふぐの唐揚げ、ふぐ塩焼き、鯖味噌煮などが味わえ、締めの雑炊も残しておいたあん肝のタレを入れても最高の味が楽しめるとのこと。

When you enter the restaurant and take your seat, you’re presented with the handwritten Fugu sampler course menu, and you start proceedings with the permanent menu items. Dishes include grilled fugu milt, deep-fried fugu, grilled fugu with salt, mackerel cooked in miso, etc. The closing porridge with remaining Ankimo sauce is also said to have the best taste.

When it comes to ふぐ, there are very few 専門店 that plays at the level of this shop. Photos generally don't do fugu justice but aside from the perfect texture and crunch, the ankimo sauce with negi and spicy radish topping is something I could live with eternal top-ups, was the perfect complement side dish.
