@Atoboynyc has been one of my favorite restaurants in NYC for years, and now it’s better than ever.

This month marks their 10th anniversary, and they’re celebrating with a limited-time collaboration with @nongshim that feels right at home on the menu. The Crispy Shin Ramyun Pancake layers pan-fried Shin Ramyun noodles with spicy shrimp, crème fraîche, and cheddar cheese. It’s nostalgic, a little playful, and unmistakably Atoboy.

This July marks 10 years of @atoboynyc, and looking back, it’s remarkable how much of an impact this restaurant has had on New York’s dining scene.

I’ve known JP and Ellia Park for most of those 10 years and have watched Atoboy grow from an exciting new opening into one of the city’s most enduring success stories. In a restaurant industry where trends come and go, they’ve stayed true to their vision while continuing to evolve.

For 2 Weeks only (3/9-3/22),
#ArcticAfterDark, @kvaroyarctic is featuring their incredible Salmon at a number of restaurants in NYC including @atoboynyc! Their stunning dish has a perfectly cooked Arctic Salmon filet with cauliflower foam, orange slices, and white kimchi - and one of our favorites of the meal! 🐟

We also couldn’t miss the @atoboynyc signature Fried Chicken, Uni over egg-jjim, and Squid with chili crisp - making for a memorable meal... More

Some restaurants don’t just last. They grow.

As the very first New York restaurant from @jparkato and @eparkato, Atoboy laid the foundation for everything that followed. Seeing what they’ve built over the past decade has been truly inspiring.

I hadn’t been back in a while, and this visit reminded me why this restaurant continues to stand the test... More

The food in an Atoboy @atoboynyc family meal stressed the keyword family ! The food is always top notch and perfect to share with family and friends .

I had the Fried chicken at a socially distanced wine tasting organized by @burg_gram ( Thank you for that fun evening !) and loved it so much - it had been awhile since I had tasted Chef JP’s cooking and I had to go right back to it .

More importantly, Chef JP @jparkato and his lovely wife Ellia @elliapark... More
