This restaurant uses local Okinawan ingredients in each dish, making it a feast for the eyes as well. The presentation and the humor in the utensils add to the fun, and the variety of around 10 bite-sized appetizers and desserts is a delightful feature. I visited this restaurant for the first time on Kouri Island. What surprised me the most was the abundance of amuse-bouches! It was so much fun to enjoy them with excitement. The main dish, the Manten beef from Kunigami Village, was incredibly delicious. The roasted cauliflower was also exceptional! The tableware had elements that reminded me of Okinawa, and it was beautiful. Since I drove from Naha, I couldn't drink alcohol, but the handmade juices were very tasty. I visited a French restaurant in Okinawa that I had been wanting to try. Although it was a bit far from Naha Airport, it was located in an area that felt very much like Okinawa. The dishes had a Japanese-French fusion using local ingredients. I really enjoyed the variety of small amuse-bouches that were served at the beginning! While there weren't any dishes that blew me away, it was a great experience overall!
We visited for our wedding anniversary during our trip to Okinawa! Since we were staying on Kouri Island, we walked to the restaurant. ✨Although it was a rainy June day, we were able to enjoy some sunny moments and had a very pleasant time!My husband made the reservation, so I had no idea what to expect. The appetizers were plentiful, and the entertainment with the Kewpie and fugu was truly enjoyable! ✨The portions were generous, and we arrived very hungry, but we couldn't finish the dessert,... More

Our concept is "The Sixth Sense"—an evolved dining experience that goes beyond the five senses. Enjoy unique course meals based on French cuisine, featuring local Okinawan ingredients that you won’t find anywhere else. We are also featured in "Go! Emiyo," making us a highly regarded restaurant in Okinawa. ⭐️ The restaurant sits quietly on the slopes of Kouri Island, with a modern interior and breathtaking views from the large windows—creating an exceptional atmosphere! On this occasion, I visited with a reservation at 7:30 PM on a weekday. Reservations can be made through the booking site "OMAKASE," and you can usually secure a spot if you book in advance, so don’t worry! Upon being seated, I was surprised to find small axes and knives as cutlery (laughs). This was my first time experiencing such a restaurant! I couldn’t contain my excitement! The course features over 20 diverse dishes, each presented in a stunning visual style. It felt like a toy box had been turned upside down! ✨ Every dish was not only visually impressive but also delicious. There were delightful surprises with combinations and ingredients that kept the meal interesting. Personally, I loved the "prosciutto sauce" which exceeded my expectations. The bread served during the meal had a wonderful smoky aroma and a fluffy, chewy texture—it was incredibly delicious! ✨ The final dessert was beautifully presented, leaving a lasting impression. I was truly impressed! It was unfortunate that I couldn’t enjoy any alcohol since I was driving. However, there are original cocktails available among the soft drinks, so I think you can still have a good time. The total for drinks and the course meal was around JPY 33,000 per person. It’s amazing to find such a wonderful restaurant in a place that isn’t urban. I had a delightful and delicious time! ✨ Thank you for the great meal! ✨ **Conclusion** This is a wonderfully surprising restaurant that is simply fascinating. Although it’s a bit far from popular areas like Onna Village and Yomitan, I highly recommend visiting at least once for a memorable experience in Okinawa. ⭐️ **Course Menu of the Day** (I apologize if there are any mistakes): ⚫︎ Taiwanese guava with white wine jelly and bitter melon ⚫︎ Tuna and avocado sandwich ⚫︎ Mebai tartare with pickled Japanese radish ⚫︎ Gigi chicken ⚫︎ Caviar and beef ⚫︎ Pretzel ⚫︎ Island octopus ⚫︎ Boudin noir ⚫︎ Prosciutto mousse ⚫︎ Jerusalem artichoke ice cream with papaya ⚫︎ Fried bread with shrimp ⚫︎ Grilled eggplant with mangrove crab, giant clam, elderflower, and sticky bug sauce ⚫︎ Yumechikara (wheat) bread ⚫︎ Yako clam and winter melon ⚫︎ Onaga snapper with prosciutto sauce and tankan ⚫︎ Cauliflower ⚫︎ Pork with bergamot oil sauce ⚫︎ Jushi rice and salad ⚫︎ Beef marinated for two days with kombu and grilled king oyster mushrooms ⚫︎ Dessert platter. From deep-fried shrimp on a pufferfish to pretzels infused with wild herb butter, each dish not only delighted the palate but also brought a smile to my face with its presentation.A standout was the roasted cauliflower, which took an hour to prepare and was served with an axe. As I made the first cut, the rich aroma of butter wafted up, and the sweetness slowly unfolded. I was amazed at how much emotion could be stirred by such simple ingredients.Throughout the meal, Okinawan ingredients, herbs, and flowers were artfully incorporated, allowing me to appreciate the richness of this land with each dish. The dessert plate that arrived at the end was also stunning, featuring an array of adorable bite-sized sweets, leaving me completely satisfied until the very last bite. This was a particularly memorable culinary experience during my trip to Okinawa, giving me yet another reason to return to Kouri Island. I enjoyed a variety of dishes that were both creative and delicious. Unusually for me, I couldn't finish about a quarter of the dessert and meat. It seems that the wine was more about pairing than a true marriage of flavors. If you visit Okinawa, I believe it's worth trying this place. For those knowledgeable about alcohol, it might be better to bring your own or opt for a bottle. I'm not in a position to say this with authority, but since it's a special restaurant, I encourage those who are particular... More

Unfortunately, it was raining during my visit. The course dishes are all thoughtfully crafted, showcasing creativity and meticulous preparation. The tableware and cutlery are beautiful and unique, featuring knives and axes that you wouldn't typically see in regular restaurants. The portion sizes are decent, so those with hearty appetites should be fine. I believe you can also request a refill of rice during the main meat course. The final dessert is quite substantial as well.Personally, I really enjoyed the roasted cauliflower. It was cut with an axe instead of a knife, and the combination of the buttery aroma, the crispy texture, and the sweetness of the cauliflower made for an impressive experience. On the other hand, the meat was a bit underwhelming for me. I found it to be too light and lacking in flavor.Overall, I believe this restaurant offers a wonderful experience that truly feels extraordinary, just as the reviews suggest! It was delicious. It was a great meal.-----------------------------Thank you very much for reading until the end.I am incredibly happy with all the "follows," "likes," and "saving the restaurant" from everyone.I appreciate your continued support!--------------------------- Less
