I visited this restaurant for the first time on Kouri Island. What surprised me the most was the abundance of amuse-bouches! It was so much fun to enjoy them with excitement. The main dish, the Manten beef from Kunigami Village, was incredibly delicious. The roasted cauliflower was also exceptional! The tableware had elements that reminded me of Okinawa, and it was beautiful. Since I drove from Naha, I couldn't drink alcohol, but the handmade juices were very tasty. Even though it was June and rain was forecasted, it didn't rain, and I was satisfied with the beautiful view of the Kouri Bridge and the sea!
