The 2 @michelinguide-starred Cantonese restaurant “Ying Jing Club” in Hong Kong by @zshospitality masterfully blends tradition with innovation🌟 Known for its exquisite roasted meats, delicate dim sum, and seasonal seafood creations, the restaurant elevates Cantonese fine dining and is the perfect spot for a business lunch during the day✨

Aside from the dim sum in the cover photo, a personal standout was the “Crispy Salted Chicken”🔥 This dish featured chicken perfectly seasoned with salt, then roasted or deep-fried to achieve a golden, crispy skin while maintaining its tender, juicy interior🤤 It was a careful balance of texture and flavour, complemented by the restaurant’s precise execution💯

香港で本格的な広東料理が楽しめるミシュラン2つ星の「營致會館（ユィング・ジー・クラブ）」🇨🇳 2017年にオープンした同店は104席あり、予約も取りやすいのでビジネスランチなどにオススメです👨🏻‍💻 個人的にはカバー写真の「Dim Sum Platter（飲茶の盛り合わせ）」の前菜と鶏の皮を完璧にパリッと仕上げた「Crispy Salted Chicken（クリスピー・ソルテッド・チキン」が特に印象に残りました❤️‍🔥 また機会があれば、他のメニューも試してみたいです🍲
