‘Tis the season for lamb belly pot #羊腩煲! There’s nothing better than a pot of sizzling lamb when the weather is chilly. Plus the food is always great at One Harbour Road which is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in HK. Seasonal highlights included the prosperous dried oyster marinated with osmanthus, soothing watercress soup, hearty glutinous rice with local preserved meat, and my favorite from last time - smoked crispy chicken with red scallion sauce!

Tried new seasonal dishes at One Harbour Road at @grandhyatthongkong and this may be my favorite menu yet! Lots of fabulous dishes from the winter melon soup with aged mandarin peel to the udon in hot & sour soup, but my absolute favorite was the smoked crispy chicken with red scallion sauce which went perfectly with a bowl of rice!
