‘Tis the season for lamb belly pot #羊腩煲! There’s nothing better than a pot of sizzling lamb when the weather is chilly. Plus the food is always great at One Harbour Road which is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in HK. Seasonal highlights included the prosperous dried oyster marinated with osmanthus, soothing watercress soup, hearty glutinous rice with local preserved meat, and my favorite from last time - smoked crispy chicken with red scallion sauce!
