Located on the 1st floor of @pacificplacehk, “Cô Thành” is a Vietnamese restaurant most renowned for their Phở and Bánh Mì🇻🇳 We visited for lunch for their set menu, where you can select Phở, Bún or Bánh Mì as a main, a side dish and a drink🥗 We opted for their signature “Bánh Mì Truyền Thống” served with pork charcuterie, Vietnamese baguette, pâté, mayonnaise, spring onions, cucumbers, pickles, and cilantro, and “Phở Gà” with fragrant local yellow chicken broth, shredded chicken, fritter, fresh herbs, and flat rice noodles🥢

香港の人気モール「Pacific Place（パシフィック・プレイス）」のL1階（実質2階）にあるベトナム料理屋「Cô Thành（コー・タン）」🛍️ ランチにはセットメニューがあり、メイン（フォー、ブン、バインミー）、サイドディッシュ、ドリンクがそれぞれ選べます🥄 初めての訪問だったので、シグネチャーの「Bánh Mì Truyền Thống（ベトナムハムのバインミー）」と「Phở Gà（鶏肉のフォー）」をチョイス✌️ 物価が高いからか2名のお会計が1万円でびっくりしました🙊
