@elephantinebakery is originally from Portsmouth and now opened a second location in Seaport. Stunning presentations, beautifully crockery, great quality of ingredients. It just needs a couple of tweaks to be amazing.

As usual, I paid for my own meal, I’m brutally honest, and scored everything so you know what to get and what to skip. Here what I had:

Just get the octopus 🐙… this level of perfection is rare ❤️

@littlesagenorthend Opened last year and since has been known for their handmade pastas and oven dishes 🔥 Their service is impecable and friendly. Good solid Italian to have in your back pocket.

Shoyu based soup is made using Pi Water, pork, chicken and fish. No MSG. Noodles are supplied by Nankinken Shokuhin. Toppings include chicken, pork belly and low-temperature cooked pork shoulder chashu. Niboshi ramen also on the menu—the niboshi soup is made daily while the soup for the shoyu is made two-three times per week. The pizzas were really good, but the beans and roasted pumpkin were the real stars this evening 🤤🫡😋

1) Greek Beans + Lacinato Kale - Gigantes, kale, tahini, flax seed + coriander pasteli, pickled cherry

Det er ofte fullt der, både til lunsj og middag, men de fortjener ekstra oppmerksomhet fordet! For den gode jobben de gjør, både med dagligvarer og maten i restauranten!👌🏽👏🏽

Jeg ble introdusert og ble først forelsket i @felloni_og_piersante da jeg abonnerte på @kokkeloren.no for noen år tilbake😊 Den aller beste matkassen etter min mening👌🏽 De har siden åpnet både restaurant og utsalgssted, for pasta og skikkelig bra norskprdusert spekemat (på italiensk vis)!!!
