Shoyu based soup is made using Pi Water, pork, chicken and fish. No MSG. Noodles are supplied by Nankinken Shokuhin. Toppings include chicken, pork belly and low-temperature cooked pork shoulder chashu. Niboshi ramen also on the menu—the niboshi soup is made daily while the soup for the shoyu is made two-three times per week. Run by master Hayakawa-san, who previously worked at the shop Fukunokami Shokudō (now closed) in Akihabara. The shop name 'Iikao' means 'nice face.' Only five seats. Open since June, 2020.
