🐝✨ The bees are back! Viva Abejas returns to Toro Toro at the Four Seasons Houston now through April 22 ✨

This Bloom to Table concept celebrates the bees that make our food possible. The Viva Tiradito was fresh and citrusy, lightly touched with honey, and a really bright way to start the meal. The beef tenderloin was a standout, and so surprisingly good with honey. I never would have thought honey and beef would work this well, but it added such a nice depth of flavor. The passion fruit cream cake at the end was light and tropical, with just the right amount of sweet without feeling heavy.

The menu is designed with cocktail pairings, but I opted for mocktails and they still complemented each course beautifully with citrusy and floral notes.

A creative, honey-inspired menu that feels elevated but still approachable. Definitely worth trying while it’s here!

The noodles are made in-house each night, and are served with their own bone broth, chili oil, and pickled vegetables are well. It’s a true labor of love that comes through in each bowl - and you’ll definitely want to order the Bone In Short Rib & Dan Dan Noodles!
