dough was solid, truffle shrooms ($23) the standout.

“hold the salami” ($23) had a bit too much going on. it was the closest thing to a meat lovers so had to try, but the use of cheddar + blobs of tzatziki didn’t quite work for me.

sides were a miss. crispy wings ($16) + cauli hummus ($16) were wayy too greasy.

overall, good for weekday 🍕 takeout, would go back for the shrooms + try the classic marg + five cheese!

และสิ่งที่ทำให้มันน่าสนใจมากคือการเอา American grill traditions มาชนกับ French technique ความดิบของไฟ + ความละเอียดแบบฝรั่งเศส เลยออกมาเป็นรสชาติที่บาลานซ์และมีมิติแบบชัดเจน

มื้อนี้บอกเลยว่าประทับใจหลายจานมากจริงๆ เอาจริงคือชอบแทบทุกจาน แต่มีบางจานที่รู้สึกว่า “ไม่ควรพลาดเลย”

• Chicken & Morels — เป็นอกไก่ที่นุ่มมาก นุ่มจนต้องสั่งเบิ้ลจานที่สอง
• Bluefin Tuna Pepper Steak — ชอบมากทั้งตัวปลาและรสชาติซอส เข้มข้นแต่ไม่เลี่ยนเลย
• Seabass ย่าง — เรียบง่ายแต่ทำออกมาได้ดีสุดๆ
• Truffle Mac & Cheese — ตอนแรกคิดว่าจะไม่ชิมแล้ว แต่คำแรกเท่านั้นแหละ…หยุดไม่ได้เลย 🥹

เป็นอีกหนึ่งร้านเปิดใหม่ที่ประทับใจ อยากบอกต่อ และเป็นร้านที่ได้กลับมาซ้ำแน่นอน 🍷🔥
