I can’t go one singular SCROLL without seeing these online so I had to go investigative mode to find them in denver 👏 i see them as double decker dumplings with a crispy rice cracker on the bottom as a pedestal for the sticky rice (mochi like) dumpling stuffed with a pork belly and shrimp filling 🙌

The result is tons of texture and aromatic flavors that make taking down a plate feel like child’s play 🤏

📍 @artys_burgers_plus in Arvada just added added hot dogs to their menu to go hand in hand with their beloved smashburgers! Inside @nibrewing is where you’ll find these glizzies and with a beer that just sounds like a summer dream 👏

The current menu @moonrise.xyz walks you thru a fine dining take on the regions greatest street food hits .
As many of the OG dishes are new to me , I wasn’t able to have that extra emotional connection with the dishes as someone who is local to the area would . Nonetheless, on flavour and creativity this menu is certainly a success .

The dish of the night was the opening bite , a pani puri with flavours which appeared on the palate and then proceeded to be replaced by continuous and harmonious flavour layers . It is an ingenious mouthful

Local grouper was the vessel to showcase both dynamite sauce and fish fry masala . Crisp fish in creamy spicy emulsion .
