Finally at the restaurant which was for years the best in Asia on WB50 Asia list.
Playful and flavourful 25 impressions which sometimes miss the mark but most of the time are spot on.
Great fun if you positively engage into the offering and don't expect to be impressed only by great ingredients.

Booked our table way in advance. We were fortunate enough to be seated at the upstairs table around the show kitchen. We have shared the u shape table with other fellow diners, altogether 11 of us. First the international culinary team one by one introduced themselves. The crazy food journey started afterwards. 25 courses, each and every one of them blew us away. Absolutely stunning and unusual combination of indian, thai, japanese etc. flavours. Every bite was beautifully presented and made of the... More

My first meal at Gaggan. Before the emoji menu and even a little before it went on the Worlds 50 Best list later that year as highest new entry.
