Known as one of the stricter Ramen Jiro branches, rules here include no photos allowed other than the ramen, no videos whatsoever, and a request to eat as quickly as possible. The Jiro style ramen consists of a rich tonkotsu-shoyu soup and pork fat. Noodles are house made on the customary Ebisu noodle machine, cut slightly thicker than average.
