Recommended bowl: Strict

Known as one of the stricter Ramen Jiro branches, rules here include no photos allowed other than the ramen, no videos whatsoever, and a request to eat as quickly as possible. The Jiro style ramen consists of a rich tonkotsu-shoyu soup and pork fat. Noodles are house made on the customary Ebisu noodle machine, cut slightly thicker than average. Small size ramen is served with 400 grams of noodles, almost double the amount of average ramen shops. 'Men tsukuname' (less noodles) is served with 300 grams, still larger than average. There was a large size (ōmori) on the menu, but it is no longer available, due to too many customers not being able to finish, and taking too long to eat. Originally opened in 2000, the seventh Jiro branch, renewal opening in 2014, when the master changed.
