When this shop opened in 2016, it was the eighth shop in the rapidly expanding Mutahiro empire ramen empire — and the group now has more than a dozen shops, including some outposts overseas. The inspiration for this branch is Aomori-style niboshi ramen, using multiple varieties of niboshi sourced from all over Japan, but particularly the Tottori, Nagasaki and Kagawa prefectures, respectively. The noodles are supplied by Nagi Seimen, using a special variety of udon wheat. Less
