Recommended bowl: New-school kodawari

A new-school style shop with a sleek, modern looking interior. The soup is made using chicken, pork, ham and gyokai. Shoyu ramen contains special brand shoyu from Shodoshima, Kagawa prefecture, which is made using wheat and whole soybeans.
