I’m a fan 🪭🐉

A FANtasic stay at @mo_tokyo in their Mandarin Grand Room with contemporary Japanese inspirations such as crafted bamboo floors and an embroidery of weeping cherry blossoms on the headboard. Another detail that I loved was the binoculars in the room so that guests can admire views of Skytree and Mount Fuji from the comfort of their room!

Some proper pizza... the pizzino is a powerful, calorie-laden punch is the piece de resistance for the day, but let's not forget the entire field of herbs and vegetables that lay atop the seasonal spring vegetable pizza. Go there hungry and make sure you wash it down with some wines from the main restaurant 😁

宮川 in Sapporo is one of my favourite places for sushi in Japan, so I was curious to try the "2nd branch" in the MO Tokyo. The shari was a less balanced than the main branch and while the neta was decent, the overall combination didn't hit the high notes from going to Sapporo. A lot of cool sakes on offer and the view is rather spectacular.
