In celebration of both Alinea’s and 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹, 𝗧𝗼𝗸𝘆𝗼’s 20th anniversaries, the legendary Chef @grant_achatz brings his avant-garde vision and theatrical menu to Tokyo🎨
The playful “𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗴”, reimagined as a jelly with pickle, chilli, tomato, and neon relish🌭 The interactive “𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗲” featured painting sauces directly onto the table🧑🎨 And the whimsical helium-filled “𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗻” dessert offered tastes of green apple🍏
